About The Opportunity
This job opening is for the position of Truck Loader. This position will consist of keeping the unitizer and shipping lines clear of production output and properly loading trucks with the customer's finished product. Also, this person will need to unload trailers with customer product, labels, dies, plates, etc. The Truck Loader will also move trailers to and from docks and spot trailers in the yard. Communicating with other shipping department personnel will be necessary on a continual basis. Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. is required. This person must be able to crank dollies on the trailers.Valid forklift license and CDL license are preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
The Truck Loader is responsible for:
- Loading and unloading trucks on a daily basis
- Processing packing lists and other paperwork in the shipping office
- Back-up the Unitizer Operator, as needed
Work overtime, as needed
